Barton Hollow is the first full-length studio album from independent group The Civil Wars. Helmed by Grammy Award-winning producer Charlie Peacock, it was released on February 1, 2011, and became the #1 downloaded album on iTunes that same week. It also charted at #1 on the Billboard Digital Albums chart, #12 on the US Billboard 200, #2 on the Billboard Folk Albums chart, and #3 on the Billboard Rock Albums chart. The album was preceded by the lead single title track, which was performed live on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno on January 14.
