FAQ
Q: I bought the app, but I can't download it. What's up?
A: Your order is still in the charging process. Google needs additional time to verify your purchase. It can last six hours until you can download the app. If your CC/Phone-Bill doesn't get verified, your order will be cancelled by Google and you receive an email from them.
Q: I bought and downloaded the app, but I get a message, that it is not licensed and I have to buy it. WTF?
A: Same answer as the above.
Q: I already paid by PayPal months ago and now I want to reinstall tTorrent on my old/new device. How do I get the Pro version without paying again?
A: If you still have the serial number which you received back then, just download the Lite version and click the "unlock pro version" in the menu and provide the serial.
If you don't have the serial and/or you have a new device, then please send us your paypal email address which you used at the time of the purchase and the MAC Address of your device.
Q: My download speed is as slow as with the Lite version. How comes?
A: Uninstall the Lite version before installing the Pro version.
